The French doors are designed to fit in the place of any two adjoining panels positioned around the conservatory or sunroom. The French doors are designed as out swing operation to eliminate the use of floor space to operate. We recommend the doors for conservatories and sunrooms not be placed directly against the house wall to allow the doors to operate fully.

Doors come standard with multi-point locking systems and brass hardware. The multi-point locks engage in 7 different locations at the top, bottom and middle of doors making them very secure when locked. The standard door hinges are adjustable, allowing for easy installation and fine tuning if needed.

French door screens allow you to open the doors to increase natural ventilation. There are two options available.

  • The most popular being a retractable screen mounted on the interior of the door frame that glides left to right on a track. When not in use the screen is housed in a small coil typically on the left hand side of the door frame.
  • The second screen option is an in swing French screen door that also attaches to the door frame. The glass doors swing out and the screen doors swing in, in this scenario.
